That's what we say in Real Estate. Everybody says this all the time. So, with this object at least you will not lose, according to the saying that is. Not legally binding of course."
Petero: "Ok, ok, ok. You're getting impatient, I get it. And that's your good right, considering how hot the market is right now. There's one more thing I need to tell you. Just so you know. All the listed prices are just, like, starting points for discussions. I know you are aware of this, and it goes without saying, all the real estate which I am offering is in fact priceless.
Just make me a counteroffer with a price that is significantly higher than the listed price. If I like you, and if you are incredibly fast, you just might be able to buy something.

More like the idea that you could build this cabin by yourself somewhere in the woods of Nuffington. No, I wouldn't call this the accepted way of owning a building in Nuffington.
